Fiordimaso Butter is made with milk cream. Thank to ancient diary tecnique of churn, the emulsion of fat in water turn into emulsion of water in fats. From this process we obtain creamy butter, white colored, characterised by intese flavor of hight mountain. Ideal to accompain pasta or spread in a slice of bread.
